He asks if it was okay if they ran through the debug before contacting me which I accepted (yes i'm naive).ģ.5 hours later still nothing, so I go to the support site and update the ticket asking for a status. I tell the supporter this is really urgent and they need to change priority on my case (only priority 3) but apparently this can only happen when the engineer contacts me. which I did within 10 minutes after the call was ended.Ģ hours later I call them back because I heard nothing from support. He asks me to upload some debugs to speed up the process. The guy on the phone took note of the situation but unfortunately they had no available engineers so they would have to get back to me. I explained my problem and emphasize that it was important to prioritize this case since it was basically a "network down emergency" giving the situation.
